Prepare these items:
Fuses
Find all the fuses in all the colored containers (🟦blue, 🟨yellow, 🟧orange, 🟥red)
Cut off a finger
Find the spetznats convoy, kill the officer(s) cut him up to get the finger.
Other items you need
- A Glowplug from a humvee (for the bunker generator)
- Gasoline
- A Punched card
Entering the bunker
After all of that, go to the bunker, activating either the generator inside or outside of it with the gasoline and the glowplug.
Go on the top floor of the bunker and go in the room where you put all the fuses, you have to put them in the right order.
After doing it right, go to the red bunker door and use the finger to open it
